add InteractionRegion calibration to Alignment task

Part of prototype to include InteractionRegion calibration within Alignment task.

Add IRCalibration to half alignment job.

The logic is the following: one each of the Analyzer nodes, BeamSpotMonitor is included and writes out a json file with the necessary information. The Iterator then takes each json file and combines them to provide an IR calibration after the alignment has converged.
