Draft: PDF Summary of Module Electrical QC

Adds a button to the E-Summary page that downloads a pdf document that displays all plots and QC results in the electrical QC-Summary.

A "PDF Summary" button is added above the results table and next to the results download button. If properly signed in, clicking this button will trigger backend process and a message stating that the pdf generation has started. Depending on the number of plots, execution of the backend algorithm should take about 10-15 seconds, the download of ~10-20 MB should be nearly instant. Errors or warnings are also displayed using the message feature. The PDF Summary button is optimized for 4-chip (Quad) modules but also has layouts for 1, 2, and 3-chip modules. Finally, note that the PDF summary re-runs QC analyses for the data tables, which runs at the currently installed version of module_qc_analysis_tools. Mismatch between versions is common cause for the web results to differ from the PDF version. Plots, however, are exactly what are displayed in the tests and are not reran. The safest option is to "Recycle E-Summary" which makes sure all data in web and PDF are in full agreement.
