'quick fix'. Longterm fix should be somehow to switch to https://gitlab.cern.ch/SaclayITk/yarr-utils/localdb-tools/-/tree/fix/load-yarr-scans CLI but the technical issue here is that the nature of the inputs is different in localdb (mongodb data vs local JSON). Not so difficult to address but requires a bit of thinking.

This quick fix will be tested by @lydiaf who can confirm here if it fixes indeed the complex scan analysis in localdb or not
