Add some CI to the project

Context

I'm suggesting to add some GitLab CI jobs to the project :

  1. super_linter : This job is a Simple combination of various linters to help validate the quality of your source code.

  2. sls_scan : This job uses the ShiftLeftSecurity sast scan which is a combination of various vulnerability scanners for different languages to help detect those in your project.
