Authentication with personal access token

This merge request implement the authentication via personal access token. This type of authentication is necessary when the forge login is based on Single Sign-On or uses double authentication.

Still draft because tests are missing, but the quickstart (eg) seems to work.

This is a significant feature will be released in travo 2.0
