Kaitai-of-data-encoding: Add support for `bool` and nested tuples

Context

Follows !9722 (merged). See handling data encoding of client-libs .

This MR:

• Adds support for bool type
• Nested tuples
• Improves existing code quality of kaitai-of-data-encoding

For the follow up see !9748 (merged). It adds automatic translation of more ground types.
