Context

This is an instance of the typo train, an MR grouping typo fixes and other minor changes to the doc. It is open for contributions from anyone, as long as in Draft mode.

Manually testing the MR

Build the doc locally or check/build the doc artifact in the CI (see https://tezos.gitlab.io/README.html#building-the-documentation), and verify that changes are minor and non-controversial, and that they improve something.
