Context

This MR aims to rename double_endorsement_evidence into double_attestation_evidence in the protocol, lib_delegate, lib_plugin, etc codebase.

The only remaining double_endorsement_evidence should be:

legacy operation encoding that accept endorsement
internal encoding such as the one in baking_highwatermarks.ml and validate.ml that could be breaking
