Rename double preendorsement evidence in protocol

Context

This MR aims to rename double_preendorsement_evidence into double_preattestation_evidence in the protocol, lib_delegate, lib_plugin, etc codebase.

The only remaining double_preendorsement_evidence should be:

• legacy operation encoding that accept preendorsement
• internal encoding such as the one in baking_highwatermarks.ml and validate.ml that could be breaking
