Sequencer: Add e2e test

This one sequencer kernel complementary one required to be merged first:

• delayed inbox support in the kernel !8806 (merged)

This MR adds sequencer e2e test, which runs sequencer node with the sequencer kernel, send messages to the delayed inbox, and checks that sequencer kernel logs expected messages.
