kernel/sequencer input predicate
Context
Not all messages are needed for the sequencer kernel. That's why an input predicate can be provided to the kernel_sequencer_entry function to allow user to filter the different messages.
By default if not provided, all messages will be accepted
The !8626 (merged) is required.
