Snoop: add benchmark groups

Context

Adds explicit val group: string option field to Benchmark interface. lib_benchmarks_proto/Benchmarks.S This is the first step for #5348 (closed).

Reasoning:

As most of the benchmarks defined in the codebase are Tying only one model for inference per one benchmark workload it makes sense to simplify interface of the benchmarks.
