(Very) long lines hurt the readability of a document. From this perspective, the tezos.gitlab.io website is not very readable.

In this MR, we propose to restore the default layout of Sphinx, to allow to have a more readable documentation.

The banner breaks a bit the generated output. Without it, it’s nicer. We might want !8395 (closed) to be merged.

Manually testing the MR

Check in the doc artifact that the pages have now fixed width and they look nice.
