CI: Print more logs to the standard output

Context

Currently, scripts/test_wrapper.sh captures the standard output of the job it is used in, which means it's hard to see from the CI pipeline UI what is going one when a given job hangs.

With this patch, the idea is that we can have a better idea of from where it is going wrong.
