Context

This MR proposes to fix several issues in page https://tezos.gitlab.io/shell/storage.html, such as:

clarify the relationship between the Store and Context components
the connection between some paragraphs is not clear (and not structured enough)
links to other pages are missing when talking about some concepts detailed elsewhere (e.g., block validation and application)
#4653 (closed) de-duplicate & clarify example on additional cycles

It also raises some questions in certain places, to unfold further fixes and improvements.
