Context

Use Epoxy instead of ZK Rollup name for the user-facing parts of the implementation. Includes changing the address prefix from zkr1 to epx1.

Manually testing the MR

For new features and bug fixes, add an item in the appropriate changelog (docs/protocols/alpha.rst for the protocol and the environment, CHANGES.rst at the root of the repository for everything else).
