[DAC] Supports multiple hashing schemes for Reveal data

Context

Only one hashing scheme is supported right now. However, in the future we may add support for multiple hashing schemes. This MR refactors Sc_rollup_PVM_sig.Reveal_hash to allow for multiple versions.
