Proto/Dal: dal proofs serialization

Context

Fixes follow-up issue #3998 (closed).

This MR is built on top of !6470 (merged) and provide an abstract unexposed implementation of serialization/deserialization of dal proofs directly in Dal_slot_repr.

We could probably do the same for the serialization/deserialization of inbox proofs and abstract its implementation in Sc_rollup_inbox_repr.
