Refactor Dal parameters

Context

This simple MR refactors the protocol's DAL parameters to directly use the parameters of Dal cryptobox as a field. This field / these parameters are usually retrieved from the protocol's context and passed to functions as is (the refactoring allows getting rid of records conversion).
