update 'lwt.log' to 'lwt_log' in the dune file

As per issue #136 (closed) lwt.log was renamed to lwt_log in Lwt 4.0.0.

I came across this issue when trying to to run make for the tezos install and what solved it was updating the dune file to reflect this change.
