Shell/Protocol: Snapshot environment V7

Snapshot the environment V7 from V6 and use it for protocol alpha. It was agreed that the current protocol under developement would use a new environment to integrate more functions. In particular cryptographic primitives needed for the %(OKR 2022Q3 - 2.1) - Data-Availibility Layer (DAL): Integration with Smart Rollups milestone.
