Context

Built on top of !5845 (merged). Provide a generic tree encoder/decoder (or Merklizer) for the Chunked_byte_vector type (the Lwt flavor).

A basic test is here to show that it’s possible to construct a chunked byte vector from a string, then read the content of the result of a roundtrip.
