Proto: conform to the CLI standard

Context

In the previous MR !4656 (merged) we introduced a client command to compute an event address for a type. However, the interface does not conform to the convention that parameters in the interface shall be connected together using connectives and modifiers. This MR will fill in the missing connective.

Manually testing the MR

The command now should be tezos-client get event address for type <Michelson type>.
