Context

When we rescaled gas in metastatedev/tezos!58 (merged) we added a double representation of gas in receipts to avoid breaking existing tools relying on that field, in metastatedev/tezos!300 (merged).

The old field consumed_gas was deprecated in favour of consumed_milligas in J in !4388 (merged).

Let's remove the redundant consumed_gas and keep consumed_milligas only.
