Proto/Client: restrict commands to originated contracts

Context

Some commands make sense for originated contracts only. This MR unexhaustively restricts some of them.

A bit more work outside the client is needed to update more of them. Note that some of the dumb wrapping in Contract.Originated will disappear when the same thing will be applied on the protocol RPCs.
