Proto/Michelson: remove all field_annot

Context

Second part of the fifth step to ignoring annotations (tzip!138 (closed), #2025 (closed)): getting rid of field annotations from union types (this is a redo of the fifth part of !2482 (closed)). The first part of the fifth step is !4311 (merged).
