Context

Following the adoption of Granada, we may say goodbye to the doc of Florence, and update all pages accordingly.

Also, the installation scripts in HowToGet have been updated.

Applies to meta-issue nomadic-labs/tezos#462.

Essentially, performs the same changes as the last shift from Edo to Granada (!2958 (merged)).
