Context

This is the current edition of the typo train, an MR batching typos and other minor fixes of the documentation.

Feel free to contribute by adding commits on this branch.

It currently contains:

eliminate some obsolete mentions to edonet
misspells of the delay function in consensus.rst
misspell of "endorsement" in protocol plugins
fix the value of protocol constant DELAY_PER_MISSING_ENDORSEMENT
fix a reference to a private NL issue by making it publicly accessible
fix some Sphinx warnigs
fix a display issue in voting.rst
explains what "no longer maintained" means for test networks

Manually testing the MR

Check that:

commits respect the criteria mentioned above
they improve the doc
