Florence/plugins: copy Edo's plugins, fix them

Context

We're missing a lot of RPCs for Florence; people complain.

This copies the RPC plugins, fixes compilation issues, and then fixes the Resto conflicts (because a couple of RPCs had been copied from Edo-plugins to Florence-protocol).

Manually testing the MR

Start a node on Florence, originate a contract, check that the POST RPC /chains/main/blocks/head/context/contracts/<KT1>/storage/normalized is indeed available.
