Context

This is the typo train, a periodic MR for fixing typos and performing other small, non-controversial changes related to documentation.

Feel free to contribute with your own commits.

Besides simple typo fixes, it contains the following minor doc changes:

fix a bug in the implementation of the custom :s:rc: role (the syntax of named links was wrong)
in the same custom :src: role, add support for referring to a precise line number in a file
