Add the bridge front end for Tezlink to the tezt-cloud scenario

Why

Required for the Tezlink alphanet

How

It was done like for faucet, add a domain for the bridge, a proxy. Setup a github project that is cloned to retrieve the frontend. The source of the frontend was not removed and we could do hot reload by connecting to the machine running the frontend
