What

teztcloud: expose agent name as rex, and use them in layer1 scenario

Why

We use rex in LAYER1 scenario in order to retrieve index from vm name. This MR makes sure that Agent_kind (used for vm naming) and LAYER1 use the same rex, preventing some parsing bugs.
