Closes L2-184.

This MR provides a Tezt for the execution of smart contracts in Tezlink.

It is also the basis for the Demo showcasing Tezlink smart contract exeuction.

Manual testing

dune build etherlink/tezt/tests/main.exe && _build/default/etherlink/tezt/tests/main.exe /threshold_encryption /dal alpha tezlink execution
