Context

Bumping REVM to v27.0.1.

Removes EOF related stuff (less imported code from crate).
Introduces frame allocation reusability (performance increases).

Testing

With the recent MRs that were merged regarding having more tests available on the CI with REVM: the pipeline should attest that nothing was broken.
