Tezlink/Node: change receipt mock default for contract creation

Why

The mock stipulate that storage size is 0 but the mock also says that the destination contract needed to be allocated, which should increase storage size. Tzkt complains if the data is inconsistent.

How

Just says false.

Manually testing the MR

No automated test for now, what we would want to test is the feature, not a mock of it.

This change is not enough to allow tzkt to index non empty blocks, but it's a step forward.
