Tezt-cloud/DAL: Organise monitoring threads in sorted categories for readability

What

Use the L1 node deployed near the DAL bootstraps to query useful information and display the reports in 3 parts: bakers which did not send attestations, bakers with DAL on and with DAL off.

Why

To increase readability of the reports.

It is currently deployed in the core-layer2-dal-alerts channel of the tezos Slack.
