What

Introduce operations management in tezos_execution crate and for now implement the behavior of the reveal operation

How

Introduce the management in the lib.rs of the tezos_execution crate, I was thinking about doing something similar like lib.rs in evm_execution that holds the run_transaction function but as we implement more operations maybe we'll later want to separate things in a file (like apply.rs that holds ethereum verification but is in the kernel)
