Now that we have the function to download a file, we can use it in the snapshot import command. This should improve the overall UX of the command.

Manually testing the MR

octez-evm-node snapshot import https://snapshotter-sandbox.nomadic-labs.eu/etherlink-ghostnet/evm-snapshot-sr18wx6ezkeRj-16639712.gz --data-dir bar

Hitting C-c should remove the directory if it didn’t exist before.
