Etherlink/Kernel: Split rollup concept from l2 concept
What
Refactoring kernel code to split what seems to be specific to ethereum and what should be common between ethereum and tezlink.
Why
To introduce tezlink in the etherlink kernel, we defined two notions:
- Rollup notion: Everything that will be shared between etherlink and tezlink (sequencer, bridge, inbox read)
- L2 chain notion: Everything that is related to a specific chain (transactions, constants, encoding ...)
This MR splits these two notions apart and start introduce tezlink in the code
