EVM Node: Adds support for history mode in the snapshot filenames

Add %h in the interpolation logic of the snapshot filenames, to be replaced by archive, full and rolling. Update the default snapshot filename to mention the history mode.

Use snapshot export on a data-dir of yours, and enjoy the beautiful result.
