EVM Node: `input`, `s` and `r` are not hashes

Some fields of Ethereum_types.legacy_transaction_object are wrongfully typed hash instead of hex. Fortunately, this does not change anything, encoding/decoding-wise, so it’s easy to switch to the correct type.
