DAL/Alpha: accusations more tests

This MR adds tests to check the validation errors not checked in !16375 (merged).

This MR targets Alpha for simplicity: since nothing has changed in Alpha versus Next for DAL, I think it's not necessary to port these tests to Next.

Closes #7653 (closed).
