DAL/RPCs: add DAL participation info in delegates/<pkh> RPC's result

This MR extends RPC /chains/main/blocks/head/context/delegates/<pkh>'s result to add a field about DAL participation (the information which could be retrieved with /chains/main/blocks/head/context/delegates/<pkh>/dal_participation as well).
