Adaptive DAL POC: phase 3. Start extending the rust SDK with a reveal_adal_page primitive (TBC)

This MR starts the extension of the Rust SDK with a new primitive reveal_adal_page to Adaptive DAL. Currently,

  • The primitive is not implemented for mock up mode
  • Even for regular node, the extra parameter attestation_threshold_per_mil is ignored. It will be implemented once we have a rollup that uses it (to implement & debug it live)
