CI: Artifacts for [build-layer1-profiling] job

What

Add octez-node in artifacts of build-layer1-profiling job.

The artifacts are available for 1 day, it will be changed when used in a different pipeline than before_merging.

Why

This allow to download the profiling octez node from a pipeline.

How

Manually testing the MR

Check the CI, especially the artifact created by build-layer1-profiling.
