DAL/Node: local cache for injected slots to avoid crypto cost in case of successive reinjections

This MR introduces a small local cache for post_slot RPC that allows slots to be injected into a DAL node and the shards and various proofs to be computed. It aims to avoid the crypto cost/computations in case the same slot is injected again while it's still in the cache.
