What

Add CONTRIBUTING.md file.

Why

A lot of knowledge is shared internally via slack for example. The idea is to get more exposure on some guidelines used to develop the library.

How

Some of the coding guidelines I have tried to enforce are written in CONTRIBUTING.md.
