EVM: L1 proxy address added to the FA withdrawal event

What

This MR adds one new field to the event emitted by the FA withdrawal precompile: L1 proxy address.

Why

This field makes the information contained in the event log sufficient to compute the respective outbox message on the indexer side.

How

L1 proxy address is a 22 byte field.
