This simple MR aims to add a block_level field to the command's generated report and to print stats for each block.

In addition to that, it improves a bit UX

Manually testing the MR

Run ./octez-node storage stat-metadata --data-dir ./path on a data directory. The most relevant results are the ones from an archive node.

Note that this is a utility function that is not particularly well tested as it only aims to give some data statistics.
