Etherlink/Tests: add back __FILE__

After !14633 (merged), all the tests now belong to setup.ml.

Manually testing the MR

dune exec etherlink/tezt/tests/main.exe -- --file evm_sequencer.ml --file dal_sequencer.ml --file dal_sequencer.ml --list

The combination of both should return the tests before !14633 (merged).
